Invitations

Put some glitter or confetti inside the envelopes (also red), so that it spills out when the invitations is opened.

Wording:
"Minnie & Mickey Mouse and the gang are having a birthday party!
"name" is invited to join the gang!

Dress Code

Decorations

Decorate the Mickey or Minnie Mouse party area with lots of Mickey & Minnie Mouse items that your daughter already owns. Include other Disney toys. Use lots of stickers, put them every were possible. Example, put Minnie Mouse sticker on a bottle of soap bubbles.

Using the overhead transparency method, paint 2-6 large cardboard Mickey's and Minnie's. Paint them and place them around the yard with wooden stakes.

Use a blue table cloth and decorate it with Mickey and Minnie Mouse stickers. Get plates, spoons, forks etc in the Mickey's colours. You can also order plates, tissues, etc with Mickey, Minnie and Pluto faces on them. For centrepiece put a Mickey or Minnie Mouse toy holding lots of balloons.

Have a friend dressed in a Mickey Mouse or a Minnie Mouse costume to entertain and greet guests. Have him/her hand out helium Mickey and Minnie Mouse balloons. Let all of the kids have their pictures taken with Mickey or Minnie Mouse, (use these pictures for thank you notes).

When guest arrive let them colour Mickey & Minnie Mouse clipart while they wait for other guest to arrive.

Musical Chairs
Play musical chairs to Disney music.

Mickey/Minnie Mouse Scavenger Hunt
Before the party hide small Mickey and Minnie Mouse items around the party area. The day of the party let the kids look for the Mickey and Minnie Mouse items.

Mickey/Minnie Mouse Cupcakes
Invite the kids to make Mickey or Minnie Mouse looking cupcakes. Use chocolate wafer cut in half for each ear. Use pink icing and chocolate brown icing for (head). Use mini brown M&M's for the eyes and a chocolate chip for the nose, and red string liquorice for a mouth.

• Mickey & Minnie Mouse Cheese Sandwiches: Use Mickey and Minnie Mouse cookie cutters to make cool sandwich shapes.

• Mickey & Minnie Mouse Burgers: Make burgers as normal, but with the help of a Mickey and Minnie Mouse cookie cutter cut out Mickey and Minnie Mouse shapes out of cheese. Put the cheese on top of the burgers.

• Hot Dogs

• Cheese & Crackers: Offer different shapes and textures of crackers and cheese.

• Mickey & Minnie Mouse Cupcakes: Make cupcakes that looks like Mickey or Minnie Mouse use chocolate wafer cut in half for each ear. Use pink icing and chocolate brown icing for (head). Use mini brown M&M's for the eyes and a chocolate chip for the nose, and red string liquorice for a mouth.

Cake

Put the tranfer paper of Minnie Mouse on the cupcakes. Then outline and fill it with icing and decorate as if it was a cake covering all the cupcakes. It looks just like a cake, but then you have equal size pieces for everyone.

Minnie or Mickey Mouse Shaped Cake
Make a cake (any size, any shape), frost with ready-made frosting, and apply. Almost done! Add small Mickey & Minnie Mouse toys (brand-new). Add your candles, not close to the plastic items, and you are finished!

To make this Mickey or Minnie Mouse party cake you will need to make 2 cakes. Cut one cake in half and use as the ears. Decorate the face and the ears with icing... Voila.

Party Favor Bags

Fill the bags with Mickey & Minnie Mouse stickers, bubbles, Mickey & Minnie Mouse tattoos, a Mickey & Minnie Mouse colouring book and a pack of crayons, lots of candy, a Mickey & Minnie Mouse DVD (beforehand, download some classics clips of Mickey & Minnie Mouse from the net and create your own Mickey & Minnie Mouse DVD).

Other gifts the children will be given are the Minnie & Mickey Mouse ears and white gloves, guest were given when they arrive at the party.

Thank You Note

If you didn't have Mickey or Minnie Mouse at your party, then take pictures of each kid when they had their face painted as Mickey or Minnie Mouse. And send that picture as a thank you note with the same note as above.
